"We are so not happy with the service we have with Kylie Thomas, there has many issues with our discounts and paperwork. Our insurance keeps going up for mistakes they have made in the office. She does not reply on time, we have to be messaging several times. But when it comes to payments they have to be on time. I am considering changing agency’s."
